Roll Up Doors Delivery Costs and Customer Pick Up Locations.

Please use our Configure and Buy system for an exact shipping price.

We will not deliver a door without prior confirmation and we are sure someone will be at the address to accept delivery.

We will notify via email once the order ships. Delivery cannot be made unless you have scheduled an appointment with the freight company.

We only offer delivery by an 18-wheel freight truck. Offloading is your responsibility and we cannot place the doors in your garage, building or carry to any other location.

We offer a delivery service based on one driver, it is the customer's responsibility to be able to unload the door from the delivery truck. We do not know the driver's capabilities beforehand and the driver may or may not be able to assist in the unloading.

You must have the means to move doors after they are unloaded.

We take the health and safety of our employees very seriously and they will not do anything whatsoever that may lead to an injury to themselves or others.

All methods require a signature from the householder; the person accepting the delivery must be over the age of 18 and have the express permission to sign for the goods on behalf of the purchaser. Please inspect your crate before signing, examples of instact and damaged crates can be found here.

Please help us get your door to you in good time by being flexible with our transport department when we call to arrange delivery.

Lead time is approximately 4 to 8 weeks, operators and parts have the normal delivery schedule.

Please note, some addresses that are considered a government (city/county office, postal office, military, mine, gas, etc), limited access (guard gate, restricted access), exhibition site, construction site, etc will incur additional shipping fees.
